Notley Buckinghamshire Wedding Photographer

In October, I returned to the beautiful Notley Tythe Barn to photograph a wedding. Yes, it was October but it could easily be mistaken for a summer wedding.

I joined Laura and the girls at the unique Long Crendon Manor for bridal preparations. The champagne was flowing and giggles could be heard throughout the historic manor. Laura was visibly nervous but her bridesmaids did an amazing job of keeping her calm.

Jessica, my second photographer for the day, was off with the boys at Laura and Oliver’s home. They strolled to Bizzie Lizzies Flower Shop to collect their buttonholes, to compliment their kilts, before finding themselves in the pub, in preparation for the ceremony.

All of Laura’s nerves vanished when she finally got to see her handsome groom waiting for her at Thame church.

Guests were greeted at Notley Tythe Barn with glorious sunshine and bagpipes. Laura and Oliver had decorated the venue with their own personalities to include their Scottish and Lincolnshire heritages. The ceildh was a grand finale to a spectacular day!

Thank you to Jessica Jager for being my second shooter on the day. With so many guests having a fab time it was lovely to be able to capture as much of the day as possible. The staff at Notley Tythe barn were as helpful as ever and ensured the day to ran smoothly.

Finally, a massive thank you to Laura and Oliver for having us. You both, along with your family and friends, made us feel welcome and provided us with so many smiles and laughter to photograph.
